coming soon
most apparel is treated with chemicals brands don't disclose and labels don't require. we are the curated marketplace for clothing without them.
we'll be in touch as we vet our first brands. expect a note every few weeks. what we've learned, what we've found worth wearing, and a heads-up the moment we launch.
thanks for being early,

the problem
the textile industry uses thousands of chemicals across the lifecycle of a garment, and discloses almost none of them. many are absorbed through skin, especially with heat, sweat, and friction.
"forever chemicals" used in stain and water resistance. linked to hormonal disruption and cancer.
used in wrinkle-resistant finishes. a known carcinogen that off-gasses for the life of the garment.
lead, cadmium, and amines from synthetic dyes. can break down into carcinogens on the skin.
there is no FDA for textiles. the label on your shirt doesn't tell you what's on your shirt. we change that.
our standard
every brand we carry meets The Method Standard™. we screen for the chemicals most tied to long-term harm: PFAS and fluorinated finishes, formaldehyde, heavy metals, AZO dyes, and phthalates.
think of us as the ingredient label for what you wear.
curious shoppers, brands who might fit, or anyone who wants to follow along. we'd love to hear from you.
